PROCEDURAL PROTOCOL VALIDATION
AND CPT SELECTION
The BioEnergetics platform provides a “Procedure Protocol Validation” feature for accurate and automated billing procedures for medical treatment; it saves from implying incorrect billing depending on the conflicting CPT validation.
A conflicting CPT can not be selected that is already generated on the dashboard. The physician can accept or decline the CPT codes selected during the previous form fillup section ( physician exam, physician order sheet, plan of care ). A consolidated CPT code details page displays Accepted and Declined CPT codes, and a new block comes with “TREATMENT SPECIFIC CPT”.
The current procedural CPT codes are generated on Encounter Form.

By using tablets, the physicians can have a patients intake form that is already electronic and enter patient’s data directly, eliminating paper waste and saving time for physicians.
Practices can manage specific activities in different locations. Suppose the doctor chooses the tablet option to present the intake form while managing location; in that case, on those specific locations, the patient can fill out their symptoms-related data on the intake form through the availability of the tablet.
